AngryEvernotePremiumUser 42
Google Play Store just updated Evernote to latest v10.49 and the app went basically useless: - I can see the home screen with a revamped UI - it doesn’t syncs all my notes (only 99,4%) - I can scroll elements but not click on anything (a click is basically ignored) - I can open the left panel by swiping to the right but not click on anything there either (however scrolling works...) What the hell is going on there? The previous installation didn't show any of these issues and all my other Android apps work fine too Android tablet: Huawei Mediapad M6 8.4" with Harmony OS 2.0 and Google Play services installed Link to comment
Evernote Expert agsteele 2,951 Posted March 23, 2023 Evernote Expert Share Posted March 23, 2023 Who could say. Sounds like a support ticket could be in order. Have you uninstalled and then reinstalled? In the past glitches after an Android update have been resolved by reinstalling. Link to comment
Level 5 PinkElephant 8,121 Posted March 23, 2023 Level 5 Share Posted March 23, 2023 It may be the install went bad. I would uninstall the app, restart the device and install fresh. 1 Link to comment

The release notes for v. 10.49.1 in Google Play say only "Miscellaneous bug fixes." If you're seeing a significantly changed Home screen UI, that might be another sign of an installation gone wrong, and a need to uninstall and start over. Link to comment
