Paid for Evernote Personal but still stuck on Evernote Plus

Few days ago I paid for the upgrade from Evernote Plus to Evernote Personal but I'm still stuck in Evernote Plus on all my devices. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and on different devices but doesn't change anything. I don't know what to do or who ask help to.

You should open a billing/payments support ticket. Be sure to say how you paid for the upgrade along with date.

First step I would log out of all devices, close the apps, reopen and log back in.

If this does not have the desired effect, and after 1 working day has passed without the upgrade taking effect, I would contact support.
