Dr. Watts 0
I was working in the web version and suddenly, I lost the "new" version and many of the features - no more "Home" page, etc. I signed out, then signed back in, and still did not have the settings in the side panel. I apparently did not lose any data or notebooks...but, not sure at this point. Now just panic that I can't find or restore this. Using iMac M1, Monterey 12.5.1 How do I get back to the original version I have - "professional" Roger Watts rogwatts@wemail.com 952-843-3884 Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 11,667 Posted September 8, 2022 Level 5* Share Posted September 8, 2022 Hi. You're posting in a public forum mainly supported by other users. I'd suggest you edit your post to remove personal details, otherwise you may have a lot of new friends. There's no earthly reason Evernote is responsible for your web access being an issue, so we're back to basics; have you tried closing your browser down and restarting it? Doing the same with your device? Whatever you had in Evernote prior to this episode will still be there when you sign back in with your usual details - though you could contact Support to check your account details...subscribers can raise support queries here - https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new and all users here - https://twitter.com/evernotehelps (or via the feedback option in the mobile client). Evernote Expert agsteele 2,950 Posted September 8, 2022 Evernote Expert Share Posted September 8, 2022 There is still the option to switch editing views in the web version. Check which view you are in and switch to the new version of that is what you require. Link to comment
