Evernote losing content

I have lost hours of work even after properly hitting done and closing the note. Why does work on sketches keep disappearing? I am very frustrated.

 

also I need the option to open 2 notes at a time.

Let us know which of the several Evernote applications you are using including the OS and we'll try and assist .

My bet is on an iPad, or maybe an Android tablet. Can‘t be Windows, there you can open 2 or more notes at a time.

But we will see …

P.S. Never lost anything sketchy after properly closing the sketching window, and after that the note. If it happens, the only way to find out is to contact support from the very device where it happened, and attach the activity log.

Here in the UK "sketchy" isn't a term you use for drawings....  just sayin'

My translator (US Englisch as source language) says it means „skizzenhaft“ in German. As such it was intended.
