markeh 43
I seem to remember that when selecting a note, the notes location in the left panel was also selected. I think this was an option. Maybe I'm making this up?? Is there a way to get this behavior?? thx, Mark Link to comment

The two ways I can think of are: Using a shortcut or recent note from the side panel or a link from home. Here you don't even get the note list yet alone your position in it! Clicking an internal link within another note. This seems most likely. The notes location in the list is highlighted it's just not scrolled so that you can see it. Unfortunately I have never been able to find a way of revealing the position in the note list. As the first bullet point illustrates, EN do not seem keen for you to be able to see a note in the context it was created in. Link to comment

It was useful, especially when you re-organize your Evernote stack/notebook/note organization. Gone huh?? No way to get similar functionality?? Link to comment
