marlo thomas watson 0
I am trying to reconcile an issue with a newly purchased teams evernote account, a newly purchased professional account, and a previous professional account for the same organization. I have writen and written and written with no response. Does anyone have any idea how to get a response from a person before I cancel all of my subscriptions? Thanks Marlo Link to comment

Level 5 PinkElephant 8,819 Posted August 28, 2021 Level 5 Share Posted August 28, 2021 When you issue a ticket, within minutes you get an automatic answer to the mail address set in your account. It mentions the ticket number. If you didn’t receive one, there may be an error in the mail address, it may have ended in the Spam folder or even was blocked already on entering your Mail server. If it was blocked or rerouted, the answer from the support clerk will probably share this fate. Link to comment
