Minutes intervals to set reminders' time

Please, do you know how can I change the time interval for reminders to less than 30 minutes? That is to say, can I set a reminder for 8:15 am ?  Many thanks. jorgefrankon@outlook.com

To me this is one of my top issues with version 10. I know of two workarounds:

1. Use the legacy app as it still allows for more granular times (down to the second)
   • Version 10 & Legacy can coexist on a PC
2. Use the iOS app as it also allows for more granular times (down to the minute) 
3. I suspect the Android app mimics the iOS behavior but can't check it out.

How long can this possibly take to implement?  Didn't anyone notice that it was an ability we had in the older version (in fact, down to the second)?  Precise time settings are helpful when ordering notes in a todo list.

I guess, if this was the only issue being worked on, it would take minutes. But it isn't so it takes its place in the stack of open issues
