Evernote Premium - no option to use PayPal for renewal

I submitted ticket 2859537

I was trying to renew my Evernote Premium subscription to use PayPal, but the only option presented to me is credit card.

Is there someway to get it to show up? In previous years, I did use credit cards to renew, but wanted to switch to PayPal this year.  I am in the US using USD as payment currency.

If it does not show, it is not available.

I use my iTunes account for my payments, wherever possible. As I remember, it was possible for EN to do so through iOS.

Shane... yes they were.  I will most likely be using the downgrade to Basic option so it doesn't bill my credit card on file for next year (I wasn't able to view which credit card I had on file) so I get the option of using PayPal for next year's renewal.
