English is not my primary language, but I think it's clear.

In xCode when you want to fold some part of code you can use a command that is call : fold all method.

In Evernote when you click on the Tag header section all the tag fold so you just see the header and not all the tag.

In the window app you can do the same with the notebook section (I've check in the evernote pdf to see that the « Carnets de note » is call a « Notebook » ).

I can't see what I can say to make it clearer.
