It would be helpful to add a password request to delete the icon of the encrypted text to avoid accidental deletion.

Hi.  Sorry but I didn't get that at all.  Can you explain in more detail or give us a screenshot?   Looks to me like you want a password request to delete passworded text...??

How about the request below to have Notes default to Read Only to prevent accidental changes

I think the OP is saying that the encrypted text icon is not protected.  You can backspace and delete the icon and thereby whatever was encrypted, 1 line or a 1000 lines.  Same thing on IOS.  Voice of experience.

Yes, I had the same problem, so it would be great to add a protection against accidental deletion of the encrypted text icon.

Ah.  Great light dawns...  thanks.  And agreed.  Sometimes backspace is not your friend...
