Sallyshelty 0
I just launched the newer version in Google Chrome and all my notebooks aren't showing nor are my tags. If I revert back to the old version they are all present. Link to comment
Ex Employees Jay-Bob 127 Posted April 19, 2019 Ex Employees Share Posted April 19, 2019 Hi @Sallyshelty, thank you for reporting this. When you click on Notebooks or Tags in the left-hand sidebar, what do you see? What you're mentioning seems like it may be an issue our web application team is currently investigating. It appears to be affecting certain folks using Google Chrome, specifically. If you're on a Mac does Safari work for you? If you're on Windows the new web version currently only supports Chrome. If Chrome is the only browser you can use, does trying an incognito window yield different results for you? Link to comment
Level 5 Shane D. 1,818 Posted April 19, 2019 Level 5 Share Posted April 19, 2019 @Sallyshelty Thanks for reaching out! The issue you're encountering is more so related to the Web Client, and not the Editor. I'm going to move this thread to a more appropriate location, but @Jay-Bob should be able to provide further assistance! Link to comment
Lynnied 1
I'm also not seeing some of my notebooks in the new web client. They are visible if I switch back to the Classic version. Are you all still working on this? Link to comment
