    To Whom it May Concern:

    I love Evernote and I appreciate the many very positive changes you have made. I am customer since 2011 and I have two accounts. Unfortunately, I am still partly using Evernote-Legacy for two reasons: (1) the format of the timestamp and (2) the ability to copy the timestamp, title etc.

    (1) Timestamp

    In Evernote Legacy, I can format the timestamp. For example, I get the following information for created:

    Is there a possibility to format the created and update columns with a yyyy-mm-dd HH-mm in Evernote 10?

     (2) Copy Title etc.

    In Evernote Legacy I can copy in the above example the columns “Created” and “Title”, insert them into a CSV-File and attach it then to my database in Excel.

    Is there a possibility to do this in Evernote 10?

    I would appreciate if you could answer me soon as Evernote Legacy will be terminated soon.

      Don‘t think any of this is possible in v10.

      The format of the order is immutable. It is accurate, which means anything showing as „Gestern“ is sorted by hours, minutes and seconds. It just won’t show.

      The possibility to copy list views to Excel doesn’t work, if I’m not mistaken. Haven’t tried since long.

    Hi, since you are the most active user I'm hoping you can help me. How do I email customer support? I cannot find an email address for them and the "submit ticket" link isn't working. THANK YOU!

      Hi, you can’t email support directly. They will contact you by email, and the ticket number in the mail title will make the email go through. So you first need to open a ticket. Then you get an automatic confirmation, with the ticket number, and when your ticket has been reached in the queue, a support clerk will contact you.

      You can issue a ticket through the following links, but I found it is often the easiest way to use the support option in the mobile client. For the browser try these:

      Support currently seems to be pretty inundated, so it may take several days until you get a reaction.

    how is the pdf annotation in v10 can you open a pdf have it annotated in adobe or drawboard and have changes appear in Evernote. Legacy does this perfectly.

      The Preview app does it perfectly for me, full integration with EN. I can even see the annotations being added to the attachment in the note while I am doing the annotations.

      That's on my Macs, no idea about Windows.

    Syncing Notebooks from Noteshelf, but the format in EN is wrong, pages look overly wide and the only way to make them fit the tablet Page is to use the magic wand to simplify format. But that's not permanent, and everytime i update notebook in Noteshelf, thr updated version in EN has to be re-formatted, all pages, not just the new ones... basically impractical to use...

    Hi,

    I have updated to the New Outlook for Mac. But how do I connect Evernote to Outlook.

    Yes, I can use my Evernote Email address but if I remember I should be able ad something to Outlook for drag and drop email from Outlook to Evernote.

    I hope You can help me.

    HI There, I am trying to transfer my notes from apple/mac to evernote, how to do?

      Apple Notes ? Uhhh, not that easy, it hasn't got a good exporter, AFAIK.

      You probably need to build an export routine, using Apple Script, Automator or Shortcuts to get the notes exported. Maybe you can find one if you google for it.

      Then look up the EN help database to learn how to import them.

      App settings in iOS app: Gear wheel icon top left. In expanded left column beside the account name, in collapsed left column (iPad) in the left icon row at the top.

    I have a free version of Evernote. The last two days Evernote on my Android v 11 is not loading. I can see note titles but can't get into any notes to edit or look at. It kept circling and the note is not visible. I have no issue on the web version on windows pc. I can access to all my notes. How can fix this on my phone to see my ntoes.

    The note has content on mobile app and web version of evernote.  On desktop app the note shows content in preview but the note is blank when you open it.  The content should be a pdf file.  How do I fix this?

      It may be your local database is corrupted.

      First try would be to log out, quit the app, restart it and log back in. Often that helps.

      If not, select in app settings that EN should not keep data on device. Then log out again, quit the app and restart the computer. Restart, log back in. EN will now draw a fresh copy from the cloud. Leave the app open, full download will take a while (3 days for me).

      Personally I use JustPressRecord.

      You can keep the audio, and share text, audio or both into EN. It saves on device, which makes recording safer than grabbing into a note directly.

    By making the addition "@name of notebook" and I email it to my Evernote email, it is saved in the correct notebook.
    What do I do if I want to send it directly in an e-mail to a notebook without the actual recipient seeing the addition "@name of notebook". If I send the email to, for example, an authority, it looks a little strange.

      You can just send it twice, once to the recipient, without the "@", and then forward it to your account with "@".

    I no longer have access to my old email account.  When I try to log into Evernote they want to send an email to my old email address in order to verify it is me.  Since I cannot receive the email, I cannot get into my Evernote account in order to change my email address.  What can I do?  Thanks.

    I am a new Evernote user, and you appear to know what you're talking about.  I'm quite frustrated with Evernote and have lost 2 days of productivity just trying to figure out how to clip web pages and add Evernote to my share menu on my MacBook Pro.

    Are you able to share any guidance on how to accomplish these two tasks?

      1) Install the WebClipper extension in your browser. It is available for Safari, Firefox and Chrome. Connect it to your account.

      2) Use the direct install download from the EN website, not the software from the AppStore. Sharing works with the direct download.

      3) EN has a good YT channel, with a ton of video tutorials. Many 3rd party YT videos are about the old legacy clients. They won’t help with the version 10 generation. The EN videos are up to date.

    Hi all, I bought a new IPad Version 9 + Apple pencil

    The pencil Works well with the Evernote app. My desire is to keep all the notes with my handwriting, but the App translate it in text

    I was not able to chance this setting and to find this option.

    Can someone help me ?

      This is the iPads Scribble feature. When it is on, it is on for all apps. It overrides the handwriting in EN.

      To turn it off, go to iOS settings on the iPad , Pencil and disable Scribble.
