Tanya@AppMonsta 0 Posted October 3, 2014 Posted October 3, 2014 I manage our CEO's Evernote by titling notes, but I am unable to add new tags. Can this be done, and if so, how does he give me permission to add/create new tags to his notes?

You can add tags to notes in a shared notebook if they exist in the account that they are shared from, and the notes are shared for writing. If you want new tags, you'll have to tell them to add them to their account. Edit: This is a design choice by Evernote. See https://discussion.evernote.com/topic/15249-problem-with-tags-in-shared-notebooks/ (Dave Engberg is Evernote's CTO).

You can search the EN KB (link below) for "shared notebooks", but I didn't find anything useful.
