Web Forms and Templates

Recommended Posts

What I use is not a web form, but it is a form I created in Word, then copy/paste into an Evernote Note.  All employees use it and it works great for our needs.  We actually have several of them.

If you already have a hard copy form created that you already use, you can recreate the form with tables in Word or similar processor, then copy/paste into a Note.  Once it is in a Note, you may have to tweak the aesthetics a bit.

I hope this helps.

Some of the Evernote clients (Windows, Android are the ones that I know for sure) have the ability to make a copy of a selected note. I use this in the Windows client all the time; it will copy tags and update/creation date as well.

The thing to bear in mind with copying an existing note is that the create date does not change in the copied note. In other words, the copied note has the same create date as the original. Adjusting the create date in the copied one will have to be done manually.

In the Windows client, that's not true: the created date (and updated date) in the copied note is determined based on a checkbox in the "Copy Note to Notebook" dialog; you can choose to give the copied note the same dates as the original, or not. Ditto for tags.

The video above is what we will be doing but with a lot more style and options.

I met with the Evernote team last week, they are now supporting us to make the best integration.

Transpose also look quite good but we are coming at this with a different angle.

If anyone is interested in what we are doing and maybe wants to get involved, like becoming a partner. Click the link below and fill in one of our forms:

I'm not sure I saw the video you are referring to.  The one I saw was nothing more than a slick marketing video, with no substance about the actual product.  Did I get the wrong video?  Do you have a direct link to a demo of your product?
