Shortcut to collapse all headers

Lmeagno

Idea

Evernote recently added collapsible headers, and it's a great feature we've been waiting for. If you're like me, you like using headers not just to summarize blocks of text but also to sort and organize chunks of texts under different topics and themes. Sometimes you have a complex text dump or creative mess that needs a lot of organization. I'd request a QOL shortcut (ctrl + m, as a random example) that collapses all headers (small, medium and large) in a note. It would reduce lost scrolling time and help "reset" a big note that uses many headers to organize itself.

Additionally, it'd be nice to have collapsible headers for tables as well. I understand, for formatting, there's less left margin space within a cell to place the ">" collapse icon inside, and I'm not use what new wizardry the engineers would have to weave to make it happen, but it'd be another nice organizational feature for those of us who like to have quick, readable access to a lot of information.

I'm sure enhancements will be on the way...

I wish I shared your confidence. I'm still waiting for Tasks to get the enhancements which would convert it from "just about OK" to "a pleasure to use". I'm afraid there is too much "tick the box, move on and never look back".

I would obviously be delighted to be proved wrong.

I also would like to have the option of collapsing items that have sub-items. If it's a checklist of just bullets is even to me but the possibility to collapse sub-items in lists would make it possible to have a big amount of items very easy to scan and handle. So not only for titles but also for hierarchical structures.

Already implemented in the desktop version...

My version is 1088.4 and I found out that it is working! Exept not how I thought it would. I tried to collapse the list by "title" but that is of course just a text that I put above it. When I try to collapse the list's itself its working.

Thank you for the help, this is great!

It feels a bit strange now that this cannot be managed in the android app ;-). That would really make it better to see the same as in the windows app
