JKremsner 1
When I try to open the Billing Details of my subscription, I get an Error "Es gibt momentan Probleme mit der Darstellung dieser Seite. Bitte lade die Seite neu und versuche es noch einmal. Sollten die Probleme weiterhin bestehen, wende dich bitte an unseren Kundenservice" and I am not able to quit my subscription. The answer of the support ist a short description, how to quit, but thats exact the point where the error occurs. Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 12,085 Posted February 26 Level 5* Share Posted February 26 Hi. Have you tried closing the page and quitting the browser, then trying again? Or even powering your device off and on again? Link to comment
JKremsner 1
Thank you for your reply! I tried this nearly 50 times with all different browsers I could find also with deactivated security options and on 5 different computers restarted, powered off an on again .... 1 Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 12,085 Posted February 26 Level 5* Share Posted February 26 Hmmn. Do you use Evernote on your phone? It should be possible to upgrade via the app... Link to comment
JKremsner 1
YOn the phone is only an option for upgrading, not for quitting the subscription... Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 12,085 Posted February 26 Level 5* Share Posted February 26 Sorry - forgot the background. Worst case, you can request a full refund from Evernote if the payment goes through, though it may take a while. Meantime I suggest you contact Support via https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new / use "Account" as the issue type and ask them to change your subscription level for you / arrange a refund if they don't get to it before the date. Plus if you can - talk to your bank or card company and try to stop the payment that way! Good luck... Link to comment
MJPMOTW 3
I have the same problem for many month and also tried all browser, private mode etc. with no luck. Looks like this message affects people with german/austrian/swiss language settings only. I am in contact with support but only get generic answers (reboot your computer, visit the FAQ etc.) Link to comment
Level 5 PinkElephant 8,863 Posted July 15 Level 5 Share Posted July 15 Not really - it’s just a translation of the page with the error message in English. Here is a help page about it: https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/29216279537043-Troubleshooting-issues-with-Account-Management-and-Web-Actions-Logins Link to comment
MJPMOTW 3
I tried the full monty e.g. full Microsoft Windows 11 desktop, Microsoft Edge private mode, cache deleted, no VPN, no ad-blocker or plugin, no refresh. No luck, the billing page is no available. I will post back then the support gets back to me. Link to comment
Level 5 PinkElephant 8,863 Posted July 15 Level 5 Share Posted July 15 Checked the Windows Firewall already ? A good second browser to try is Firefox. The block can be on your network or even your ISP. Try to connect your computer with a personal hotspot from your phone. Link to comment
MJPMOTW 3
I appreciate this input. As an IT professional, I tried all browsers, systems, language settings, firewall settings, and it's not working for many months now. I tried my personal computer with Windows 11, my office computer with Windows 10, a virtual machine with English operating system and I prayed to all the gods I know, including those at the Evernote support. I can rule out ISP, firewall, browser, language, plugins, reboot, update pending, private mode, cache etc. Link to comment
Level 5 PinkElephant 8,863 Posted July 15 Level 5 Share Posted July 15 Only option left: Try support (good luck, expect a minted answer first, you need to answer to reach a person). Link to comment
