Recent Searches still not updating

Evernote:  There have been several posts about this bug in Windows, Mac and web platforms.  "Recent searches" do not update and there is no tool to remove them or update them manually.   This is a very annoying bug that needs to be addressed asap.   Thank you.

Yes! I believe you're right! My Windows desktop app was just updated to 10.78.2 today. This is the version that has separated out the new note and new task functions, with a ... menu for other options e.g. attachment. I clicked in the search bar, and indeed instead of the 3 searches that had been sitting there for, I don't know, a year or something, there were 3 searches I'd actually made recently. I did a search I've never done before, did File > Quit, and restarted Evernote, and there was that search at the top of the recent search list. My Web client also has it at the top of the list, and so does my Android app. 👍 👍✔️💯
