Disappointed with Customer Service

I am a paid subscriber since 2009. ALL of my data is lost,. Customer Service is NO LONGER responding to my email messages. They offered a REFUND but nothing but crickets. I am so disappointed there seems to be no way of communicating with a human. Horrible experience.

I figured it out and I was the one that made the mistake. I logged in under the wrong account and paid the yearly subscription under the wrong email. So, now I have all of my data; it never was lost, and I just have to get them to transfer the yearly subscription to the right account. Boy, do I feel foolish? Yep. Now I am trying to figure out how to manually backup all of my data just in case.

Thank you for standing up to this. Much appreciated.

I can commend the evernote-backup application from Github.  I have it set to back up automatically every week.  It requires a modest amount of configuration but the instructions are OK.
