Tina DeSanto 0 Posted December 12, 2023 Share Posted December 12, 2023 I've been an account holder since 2015 and have loved the product. Today I moved from the Free Plan to the Personal plan. In doing so, I lost all of my note updates since 11/30, and also lost a few of my notes completely. I checked my trash, I restarted my computer and all other devices associated with Evernote, and I checked that I am working off the newest updated version, and none of these things solved the problem. Does anyone have any recommendations? I've tried contacting Help over a week ago but haven't heard back. Link to comment

VincentC 352 Posted December 16, 2023 Share Posted December 16, 2023 Have you tried logging onto Evernote from your browser and checking that way? If you can access your notes through the web client, they are still there and you have some kind of an issue syncing with your local devices. If you access through the web client and are missing notes, they may be gone. For that, you'd need support to see if they can restore them. Vinnie Link to comment

I highted a bunch and then tried to create checkboxes for them. All those highlighted items disappeared. And thenote just got truncated! Its gonefrom theweb version and the mobile version....
