Lost Notes

I've been an account holder since 2015 and have loved the product. Today I moved from the Free Plan to the Personal plan. In doing so, I lost all of my note updates since 11/30, and also lost a few of my notes completely. I checked my trash, I restarted my computer and all other devices associated with Evernote, and I checked that I am working off the newest updated version, and none of these things solved the problem. Does anyone have any recommendations? I've tried contacting Help over a week ago but haven't heard back.

Hi.  Help are under a bit of pressure,  and we're now into the holiday season when lots of people want time off...  good luck with the query - you just need to be patient for a while...

Have you tried logging onto Evernote from your browser and checking that way?  If you can access your notes through the web client, they are still there and you have some kind of an issue syncing with your local devices.  If you access through the web client and are missing notes, they may be gone.  For that, you'd need support to see if they can restore them.

I use the free version since 2015. In one note, I had a points based list of tasks. I highted a bunch and then tried to create checkboxes for them. All those highlighted items disappeared. And thenote just got truncated! Its gonefrom theweb version and the mobile version....

Please Help, anyone?

@VincentC Thank you for this. Unfortunately I have checked the web browser, as well as the apps on other devices and the notes are MIA in all locations. So no luck there.

Same thing happened to me, joined Evernote aince 2016 andI lost all of my previous notes after subscription.

Usual cause of 'lost' notes is accidentally creating a new account when subscribing,  Anyone tried the 'forgot password' link at Evernote.com?
