JASM 0
I tried out the new AI Beta feature to reformat my document. It didn’t really make any changes, but now I get a blank screen when trying to print. It doesn’t matter if I’m using IOS or my Windows laptop (or web). So I have to cut and paste into Word if I want to print anything! Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 12,074 Posted June 2, 2023 Level 5* Share Posted June 2, 2023 Hi. Are you a Teams (Evernote business) user? If not, what device, OS and Evernote version are you using? Have you tried copy/ pasting the content into another note / a word processor to print from there? Link to comment
JASM 0
It’s a known issue. It doesn’t work on the latest IOS iPad app, the windows 11 app or the web application. And yes, I can print by cutting and pasting to Word. By that’s no real solution to a program I pay for personally. I’m not a business. Link to comment
Level 5 PinkElephant 8,832 Posted June 2, 2023 Level 5 Share Posted June 2, 2023 It has nothing to do with AI. It has to do with a bug that was introduced coincidentally with the same app release as AI trial. It’s reported, acknowledged and will hopefully be fixed with a next release. 1 Link to comment
JASM 0
The problem is being addressed by the technical support team and has not yet been fixed. Link to comment
Level 5 PinkElephant 8,832 Posted June 16, 2023 Level 5 Share Posted June 16, 2023 No iOS client on 10.51 one 10.51.1 can properly print. It will need an update to fix it. Support activity can explain it, but for a fix, the app needs to be fixed, via an update. Link to comment
