Tried out AI Beta. Now I cannot print.

I tried out the new AI Beta feature to reformat my document. It didn’t really make any changes, but now I get a blank screen when trying to print. It doesn’t matter if I’m using IOS or my Windows laptop (or web). So I have to cut and paste into Word if I want to print anything!

Hi.  Are you a Teams (Evernote business) user?  If not,  what device,  OS and Evernote version are you using?  Have you tried copy/ pasting the content into another note /  a word processor to print from there?

It’s a known issue. It doesn’t work on the latest IOS iPad app, the windows 11 app or the web application. 
 

And yes, I can print by cutting and pasting to Word. By that’s no real solution to a program I pay for personally. I’m not a business.

It has nothing to do with AI. It has to do with a bug that was introduced coincidentally with the same app release as AI trial.

It’s reported, acknowledged and will hopefully be fixed with a next release.

The problem is being addressed by the technical support team and has not yet been fixed.

No iOS client on 10.51 one 10.51.1 can properly print.

It will need an update to fix it. Support activity can explain it, but for a fix, the app needs to be fixed, via an update.
