    The problem is being addressed by the technical support team and has not yet been fixed.

    It’s a known issue. It doesn’t work on the latest IOS iPad app, the windows 11 app or the web application. And yes, I can print by cutting and pasting to Word. By that’s no real solution to a program I pay for personally. I’m not a business.
  3. JASM started following Tried out AI Beta. Now I cannot print.

    I tried out the new AI Beta feature to reformat my document. It didn’t really make any changes, but now I get a blank screen when trying to print. It doesn’t matter if I’m using IOS or my Windows laptop (or web). So I have to cut and paste into Word if I want to print anything!
