Level 5 Solution PinkElephant 8,705 Posted March 12, 2023 Level 5 Solution Share Posted March 12, 2023 No and yes. No the way you try. Yes by this trick: Insert a table. Place the picture inside of a table cell. The width of the picture is now controlled by the width of the column of the table. If you have several pictures, it is better to add rows to the table, instead of putting all pics into one cell. It works all the same: Larger pics are sized smaller, small pics grow. What is nice about it: The original picture properties are kept. Size and resolution remain unchanged. Only the display size is changed. There is a white space in each cell, usually under the inserted picture. This is one line of text (empty) that is inserted by the system when the table is created. You can get rid of it - personally I keep it, it is not worth the fidgeting in each table cell. 1 1 Link to comment
Evernote Expert agsteele 3,055 Posted March 12, 2023 Evernote Expert Share Posted March 12, 2023 You can drag the corners of an image to change the display size although it doesn't change the physical file size of the image. 2 Link to comment
Level 5 PinkElephant 8,705 Posted March 12, 2023 Level 5 Share Posted March 12, 2023 My experience with dragging corners are not consistent: I had a resizing effect, the change I made did not stick. The picture in table method works reliably, and maintains the display size. Link to comment
