sreerav 0 Posted February 17, 2023 Share Posted February 17, 2023 I got this issue today. I have been using it on Microsoft edge and I have no clue what's going wrong here. My internet connection is solid and works fine on my smartphone as well as on chrome. Furthermore, I did ask Evernote to remember my login on edge for 30 days. Neil Maxfield 155 Posted February 17, 2023 Share Posted February 17, 2023 Hey. Not seeing this myself today. Usually I see this when on a work VPN or some other connection issue. Deffo looks like network rather than the EN service. The blue dot over the sync icon....maybe that is indicative of a broader connection issue Link to comment

In similar situations where reloading doesn't help, I find that clearing the browser's cache and cookies (often just for the last hour, or at most the last 24 hours) will fix it. Link to comment
