Hey
Have you tried entering -tag:* in the search field?

Neil Maxfield's post in Remove unused tag from filter was marked as the answer
Hey. So I guess just delete the tag, no? Easily done from the left menu. Example screenshots below show the process on android.
⚡Select tag option
⚡Three Dots and edit tags
⚡Three Dots and delete tag
Let me know if this helps or if you need anything else

Neil Maxfield's post in Is there a way to export note titles and tags was marked as the answer
Hey Anthony, you well?
If the job here is to "locate the notes without tags" then there are search options for this. Try typing -tag:* into the search box.
More generally, this article here is extremely useful when it comes to advanced search. I am sure this is where the answer is for you.

Neil Maxfield's post in Where to find accidentally deleted task? was marked as the answer
Hey man. So to my knowledge you would need to use the "note history" function available in paid versions. The deleted task would have been part of a note, so I'm thinking you would need to find an old version of said note prior to the deletion. Have never tested this, but you should try. Article is here https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/208313858-Use-note-history-to-view-older-versions-of-a-note#:~:text=Open a note.-,Click the menu button (three dots) at the top right, version you want to restore.
Beyond that I'm not sure. Completed notes are easily accessible, but deleted notes are trickier.
Let us know if the above works

Neil Maxfield's post in Restore notes from accidentally deleted tags was marked as the answer
Hey. So we know that deleting a tag doesn't delete the note. We also know that your sorting mechanism is tags so I would assume every note is tagged (except the notes that had the deleted tag). If this is the case, if you pop -tag:* into the search box it will find all notes without a tag. Should do the job. If it doesn't, they're in the trash.
