Switch out of Google SSO

Hi,

I introduced Evernote to one of my friends. She created he Evernote account with Google SSO only to realize Scannable won't connect to her account because it doesn't have Google SSO option.

I think it's better for her to get out of Google SSO and login with email/password but I couldn't find the way to do this. Is it possible? Any help would be appreciated.

In your account settings I think you can turn off Google Sign In - https://www.evernote.com/ConnectedServices.action

I'd suggest that you first double check that your friend has a password set so that you can still connect once the Google stuff if disconnected...

Since my friend sighed up with Google SSO, she doesn't have Evernote login info. I assume the Password Reset would create one. I will tell her to try it. If it din't create a new password, disconnecting the Google account will end up bad.

There is an email address listed for each EN account - maybe they forgot about it when always using the SSO login.

Try a password reset using this Email address.
