msk1988 2
Evernote, why did you get rid of insert time? I used it all the time. As an attorney, I have been trying to used Evernote as my digital filing, and inserting date and time was very helpful. Why did you do away with it? Seems many users share the same. You still have instructions saying it can be done, but it doesn't work. I am using evernote on windows desktop. Evernote for Windows: Date and Time Stamp (Shift + Alt + D) [but it doesnt work anymore for inserting time!!!!] https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/209004877-Add-date-and-time-stamps-to-your-notes Please Fix this or explain why you deleted this function. This is a -mainly- user2user Forum and Evernote don't take bug reports from or explain themselves to individual posts. To get a personal response, please contact Support at https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new As possible work-arounds while you wait for a human response, the Legacy apps are still available for desktop with the 'old' date options; plus there are many text expander apps that will create a current date and/ or time in any format and insert it with one keypress. I use Phrase Express for ISO date stamps since my system time options do not include that choice. Link to comment
Evernote Expert agsteele 3,059 Posted December 2, 2021 Evernote Expert Share Posted December 2, 2021 This issue has been well rehearsed in the forums. Apart from the use of two separate shortcuts to add date and then time, many others use a program that automates the process separately to Evernote. Have a search for the solutions offered by others. 1 Link to comment

Fortunately the list of keyboard shortcuts (ctrl+/) is up to date. 1 Link to comment
