Steve Klinghoffer 4
I have several notes that will not sync. My web version, apple version and legacy version have the same note count. My windows version which is current ver 10 is missing several notes. My iPhone and iPad are missing many notes. I have opened a ticket. In the meantime I have uninstalled all the versions that are giving me trouble and reinstalled with the same result. Does anyone have any idea what is going on? Link to comment

molajusi 14
How about trying this? Exit Evernote app. It is "Exit", not "Close". (Menu -> File -> Exit Evernote) Open "Run" window. (Win key + R key) Type %appdata% and click "Ok" button. Remove "Evernote" folder. Restart Evernote app. 2 Link to comment
Steve Klinghoffer 4
I have learned this process works when certain notes do not sync. My only concern is that I have had to do this twice in the last week. Link to comment
Level 5 PinkElephant 8,819 Posted December 8, 2021 Level 5 Share Posted December 8, 2021 This may help if a note got corrupted in the local database. The procedure removes the local database, and downloads it again from the server. If you have a local corruption frequently, I would then make a clean uninstall (using something like Revo Uninstaller), restart the computer and reinstall EN. After logging in, it will rebuild the local database as well, but starting with a blank sheet. 1 Link to comment
