Unable to get Evernote to show up in Share menu in 10.23.7

The AppStore version (it is the same program) runs in a sandbox. This restricts it visibility to other apps.

We had the same issue in another thread, where we analyzed in all details our mutual setup. The only difference was AppStore vs. direct install. After switching to the direct install, sharing worked.

So either you get the direct install (needs to be repeated using admin rights with every release), or continue with the AppStore version, but without of sharing. You can continue to use the „Open with …“ dialogue available in the right click menu of most files.

It is not specific to EN that the AppStore version of a program runs somehow restricted.
