elizabethd 0 Posted September 10, 2021 Share Posted September 10, 2021 I cannot get EN 10.20.4 to load and open on my Mac desktop. I get a message of uh-oh, there's a problem on our end, please try restarting. I've redownloaded and tried installing this update a few times. It might open, and then it tells me it has a problem. I don't want to download some sketchy app that has access to my hard drive to uninstall EN. I can access EN on other machines, my iPad, and iPhone. It would be nice to be able to use EN on my desktop. Link to comment

Hi. Have you tried to uninstall the app normally and restarted your device before reinstalling the current version? Link to comment

This is not a Windows computer where everything is possible. I think the thread owner runs into the device limit. If not, it means uninstalling using AppCleaner (shady or not).
