I cannot get EN 10.20.4 to load and open on my Mac desktop. I get a message of uh-oh, there's a problem on our end, please try restarting. I've redownloaded and tried installing this update a few times. It might open, and then it tells me it has a problem. I don't want to download some sketchy app that has access to my hard drive to uninstall EN. I can access EN on other machines, my iPad, and iPhone. It would be nice to be able to use EN on my desktop.
