Release 10.20.4 won't load

 I cannot get EN 10.20.4 to load and open on my Mac desktop. I get a message of uh-oh, there's a problem on our end, please try restarting. I've redownloaded and tried installing this update a few times. It might open, and then it tells me it has a problem. 

I don't want to download some sketchy app that has access to my hard drive to uninstall EN. I can access EN on other machines, my iPad, and iPhone. It would be nice to be able to use EN on my desktop.

Are you on a Free account, or on a subscription ?

Hi. Have you tried to uninstall the app normally and restarted your device before reinstalling the current version?

@gazumped If it opens and says it now has a problem, the install should be ok. This is not a Windows computer where everything is possible.

I think the thread owner runs into the device limit.

If not, it means uninstalling using AppCleaner (shady or not). But I don’t think this is necessary here.
