Sorry, we encountered an error while loading this page. Please try again later, or contact Evernote Support for assistance. Can not upgrade to Personal in order to save my Tasks that I created during the trial offer. Any suggestions on how to connect with the Evernote support folks via chat, etc.? Link to comment

If you already have a ticket number you should be able to respond to the emails you've been sent. If you're in the right time zone (basically Texas, US I think) and on a weekday you should have a chat option where you can raise a query and, if necessary, quote a ticket number. Link to comment

You get an automatic answer and usually on the next weekday ( not on weekends ) a real answer. From then on communication is by email. 1 Link to comment
