I can get to this page but where do I enter my ticket number? The drop down asks me to identify the subject of my issue, not enter a ticket number..... -

Web version tells me to upgrade through MacOS device; Evernote on my Mac tells me - Oops, we encountered an error. Sorry, we encountered an error while loading this page. Please try again later, or contact Evernote Support for assistance. Can not upgrade to Personal in order to save my Tasks that I created during the trial offer. Any suggestions on how to connect with the Evernote support folks via chat, etc.?
