Can not upgrade to Personal from Plus

Web version tells me to upgrade through MacOS device; Evernote on my Mac tells me -

Can not upgrade to Personal in order to save my Tasks that I created during the trial offer.

 

Any suggestions on how to connect with the Evernote support folks via chat, etc.?

Hi.  I don't understand - the system will assign the ticket number to you.  If you already have a ticket number you should be able to respond to the emails you've been sent.  If you're in the right time zone (basically Texas,  US I think) and on a weekday you should have a chat option where you can raise a query and,  if necessary,  quote a ticket number.
