Quickly input date or date/time

One thing I constantly do in my notes is entering the date, or the date and the time:

11.08.2021

11.08.2021 21:24

Is there a way to automate that or have a shortcut?

Auto Hotkey or Phrase Express will give you dates and times to any layout you require. Just a quick keyboard shortcut to paste the data.

Thanks - that works for Windows (and I am using AutoHotkey indeed) but it does not work on Android.

Yeah, I've been using Phase Express since I started using v10. Works great.
Pro Tip: Think through your hotkeys. I actually mapped something to Ctrl-A. Not good.
