First of all: I am not able to create a direct request/chat/mail anymore to the support. I would need to upgrade - even though I am on premium. Like what?? I was just about to like Evernote again, but this is not cool.

My problem is that I the web clipper on iOS doesn't work. It just doesn't save anything. No matter how often I save something. 

And by the way the german word for save "speichern" is not displayed correctly (even though on the Evernote web page it looks perfect in the preview pics). 

Anyone having an idea? I am on the newest Evernote and iOS Version, iPhone 12.

Hi.  You posted twice,  so I killed the other entry.  This would appear to be a bug,  not a feature request.  Normally posts here show which subscription level you are,  but today I get nothing.  I am pretty sure though, that as a subscriber at any level,  you should have access to email support.  So let's start there - why do you say you can't create a direct request? Is nothing happening when you try to open a ticket?  https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new

There is no web clipper on iOS, just the iOS sharing function.

Standard procedure I’d something doesn’t work on iOS is first to switch the device off completely, wait a little and switch it on again. The Apple logo must show.

If the problem persist, log out of EN, and back in. Hint: Downloaded offline content is lost when doing so - took me 3 days to recover it …

@gazumped Thanks for deleting the other post, I also tried to, but couldn't. I am not allowed to submit a request by chat or mail - I am asked to upgrade for that. But I am a premium user already (since years). See the attachment.  

@PinkElephantThanks for your advice. The thing is, that this bug has even survived a change to my new iPhone, so I am afraid switching off and on again (which I did btw a few times for sure anyways) doesn't help - logging out and in again also doesn't help.

I am also surprised since this is a core function and it's not working anymore since V10.

Since the new plans the forum accounts don’t show the user status any longer. If on FREE which was Basic, no direct support.

I am not sure what moving the data to a new iPhone does with the login. I would try this option first.

Maybe the issue is related to the moving to another device anyhow. After my last move it took me a few days until everything was back to normal. Apple does a great job with the iCloud tool, but some apps and settings need some additional attention.

@PinkElephant I know you don't get direct support on Basic/Free, but I am on Premium. So I don't understand why I should upgrade - and I would love to know how to get in touch with EN support then (also about this issue). 

I switched off my iPhone, logged out of Evernote, logged in again - no change. Share screen says: Clip is saved - but never gets synced. 

I even deinstalled Evernote and re-installed. No change, same bug. Would really nice to be able to report this to Evernote. 

And one more thing: This message (Clip is going to be synced...etc.) is cut off in the middle of the sentence. Not a big thing but also not very professional.

As I said above, the forum currently does not show the account status. So it is a bit hard with errors that may have different root causes, depending on the account level of a user. We are users here as well (except those marked with a "Staff" badge).

Most of what can be done you already did. Tried the syncing option in the app settings yet ?

About the box: There were several problems reported in the forum with messages cut off when the language was different from English. It seems they have an issue to properly design the responsiveness of the UI. You can report this as well - I would make it 2 tickets.
