import folder menue greyed out

I am using the legacy version because of the diappeared import folder. The newest version has reincluded them, but they are greyed out in the menu. How to activate them?

They should be active by default.

Try logging out and back in. If this doesn’t work, try support.

In fact, if the login/out process doesn't work, I'd try a clean uninstall - including deleting the data directory - then reinstall.
