I retired and don't use it as much 🙂 Well it appears I can't live without it on all my devices so I am about to rejoin. One thing though. A while ago EN thought it would be a good idea to tell everybody that real people somewhere would be reading their notes. I know at the time they pulled back on that but does anybody know what the situation is now? Link to comment

The rule is simple: They promises to read and process it all, but no answers. The 2-way-channel is through support, subscribers only (except for account issues, this is open to all users). Posts here in the forum are mainly user to user. When there is a open trial like with tasks now, EN staff will show up with some frequency, but focussed on that subject. Link to comment
