Secure Notebooks/Notes

There needs to be a option to save Notebooks/Notes with a password/ locked away from the other Notebooks and Notes. Sometimes there's delicate or personal notes, you just don't want anyone to be able to find/see/look at. I NEED a choice to add a PW to some of my notebooks and notes. Please ADD this to your next update! I just transfered all my content from OneNote to EverNote and this seems to be the only feature I'm super upset that is missing for me, as well as others, I'm sure!

Hi.  Use more or less any word processor to create a document (or spreadsheet).  Encrypt and lock the document with a password.  Attach the locked document to a note.  Easy.

This is not currently a feature in Evernote   

As per @gazumped, my solution is to encrypt my sensitive data

Tip: Sensitive data should not be in Evernote... this is a note taking app and not build for sensitive data imo.

You are 100% correct about this Evernote shortcoming. There is a request that has been open for a long time (starting in 2013) titled password protected notebooks. Please go to that request and give it a vote, it is currently 3rd on the request list.
