Email Contact for Evernote Support?

Hi all, I am trying to contact support.  I did not know I was on auto-renew and they just renewed me for a year.  I do not want premium for a year and would like to cancel without having to go through the hassle of contacting my credit card company.  I have spent a half hour trying to figure out how to contact them without success.

Thanks DRLow, but when I do that I get an error message:  "Oops, we encountered an error," then it sends me to support pages that don't help.

Go to the web client.

Top left, click on your name, select account information

Top Right, beside your name is a down arrow. Click on it

There is an option in the drop down menu to contact support. Do so, choose „account“ as ticket type.

Still getting the error message!

Then something is wrong with your setup.

We had reports in the forum that certain anti-virus software is blocking EN.

To try this, I would switch off all antivirus, internet protection and firewall software, as well as adblockers.
