You are using a very old version of the Evernote web application, the "classic" version. To go to a new version, go to your account settings (it's in th edropdown menu by your name in the upper right-hand corner of the screen), look down the page for "Evernote Web", and select a newer version.

Humm. I like this old version too. And he likes it too.
Does the new have some new feature like paste images in the text ?

Does it have reminder feature ? I did not find it in this new version.

Is there a way to change his layout to be like mine ?

That version option is not available to new accounts
We have three choices: Previous, New Classic, New Beta

Grandfathered accounts have the 702070244_ScreenShot2020-01-08at9_52_09AM.thumb.png.bea55b17efdd372f7aa49352bcfd8585.pngClassic version optionspacer.png

hum, ok. (EDIT cause have reached the maximum number of posts you can make per day)

Answer to all:

As I'm an old user, since 2009, I have 3 versions.

I'm used to the very old web version, which has the remind feature.

I tested the classic web version, but did not see the reminder option yet.
I tested the beta web version, and did not see any reminder option too.

So, as I'm a computer consultant I'm always working using client/customer computer and do not have an option to install windows version. :(

So I use always the web version and my cellphone too.

So I realized EN development team do not priorize Web EN version and it is quite sad in my case. They probably do not have time because probably they are busy with other versions. Its quit sad for me and my kind of use of EN.

Older question: Does this new version have reminder feature like older versions ? I did not find it in this new version.

No, use the Previous Version    142499187_ScreenShot2020-01-08at10_03_08AM.png.48156188e5058315abef9e42ba1d9494.png

Works for me. You could always switch to the new version and try it yourself...

The fact that there is a beta version indicates that they are actively working on upgrading the Web version. See this post from an Evernote employee: "The team is working hard to bring the new web client to feature parity with the existing web client."

Regarding reminders, see this recent post from Evernote CEO Ian Small:
