And just to supplement that information, it is possible to subscribe to Premium for just one month and use the note history feature (which is maintained even for Basic accounts, though you have to be on Premium to access it). After the month is over you can cancel Premium and return to Basic.

Thank you Dave for the answer, I thinked must to activate the premium version.
Now I just call my customer and ask her if she will subscribe for just one month.

This note is owned by your account..  Acivate Note History for your account.

I haven't the permission for access to history of note. I have a basic account.

Correct, you need a Premium Account Subscription, not your customer.

Ok! I have a last question, I shared the note with my customer, she write over them for an error and delete what she has written...
Is not the same if I or she activate the premium Account subscription?

I hope you got it! 🙂

You're subscribing so you'll have access to the Note History backup data.
This backup is account specific; your notes for your account
                                                          her notes for her account
The note in question is owned by your account; Note History will only be available for your account
