Emoji feature

I would love to be able to use emojis on the Desktop version. It seems to be something that's trending recently. I use a lot of emojis to keep myself from getting bored when reading. Here is an example:

 

This is a screenshot from another tool called Notion.  

Sure, I can use emojis on my phone. But for desktop or web version? I would love to see this feature.

You can certainly use emojis in the Windows desktop version.

Note, it is only supported on Windows 10, not 7.

I'm not on windows 7 but windows 8.1. Is the feature available?

Is this available? I'm using the latest version of windows 10 and the below version of evernote for windows 10

I cannot find a way to insert emojis. Please help and why is such a simple feature not available?
