smallhandfoods 0
Is there a way to permanently have a template available within a notebook? I created a template, put it within its own Template Notebook, then can copy it to a document one at a time. But I have several hundred entries to make to this notebook. I'd love a way to always have the template available without going to the other notebook and copying over and over again. Link to comment

Then whenever you double click the shortcut a new note will be created in your default notebook. Then you can update as you like and move to whatever notebook. Double click ten times and you will have 10 new notes. I use this method for a phone call template that I created. Double click and I have a note to modify in my Inbox. Full disclosure, two monitor set up which makes it easier to have the shortcut visible. FWIW. Link to comment

Level 5* CalS 5,280 Posted June 15, 2016 Level 5* Share Posted June 15, 2016 I do that for blank tables of different sizes, but I keep the Phone template on the desk top to keep it one double click away. Link to comment
gerscha 1
Perhaps you combine for structured notes and data Transpose (www.transpose.com) mit Evernote. Kurt Kessler 1
I had the same issue. (Keep in mind that I am a Mac user using the great Keyboard Maestro application.) I posted this issue on a Keyboard Maestro (KM) forum and was rewarded with a wonderful KM macro! Note that my templates are stored in a Notebook named "Template Library". https://forum.keyboardmaestro.com/t/using-templates-in-evernote/3702 Link to comment
