  1. Yep, 1month in total for only 2 answers ! This is in fact the worst for modern SaaS.
  2. Apple Only : I have Bear at 30$/year (more than 100$ less than EN) and excellent value for money, sure it is only for Apple ecosystem, but the markdown format, the clean UI and tags are really nice. To export everything, it took me about 10mn since Bear have a nice import system from Evernote. I have deleted my EN account today after 4 year of use, the customer service took 1 month to solved my problem only to remove my discount at the last time, the product itself is bloated and not something i see surviving with the competitors.

Just to update guys, I had to wait for 2 weeks, but the answer was missing the point since the person forgot what we said in the previous message...so I guess I will need to wait another 2 weeks. When there is a price increase we except at least a better support, but again EN show his weakness once more.

Why you are trying so hard not to understand is that people are more angry about how Evernote is communicating with customers, for example only few ago a major outrage was not acknowledge for a whole before users start complaining and now Evernote offered discount few months ago only to revert back later. But since the forum is an echo chamber with the same soldiers trying to side with Evernote nothing come from this discussions.
  5. @PinkElephantI see only one fanboy in every discussion and answer in this forum, and he is pink. Maybe for once show a little understanding because its getting very suspicions how often you side with EN without even releasing that this kind of practice is not ok, they knew damn well that upgrading the price behind the user knowlege will work for enough users since most of us don't take time to screenshot or record everything. I also got a discount when I cancel 2 month ago, then few days ago they remove this discount and give me the regular price.

I am CTO so I am well aware that updating status page is not immediate, you need to check if this an isolate incident or a major outrage, in this case it's the latter and as Twitter and Reddit users have been reporting this issue for more than 6 hours there is clearly a lack of communication that should no happen with such a big company. Most users would not bother to check the forum but they might go to the status page and seeing nothing is wrong could indicate that something is wrong with their hardware and software.
  7. I don't understand why you are not updating the status on your services or even better adding a banner so people know what is going on, communication is key and on this incident is clearly lacking.
  8. This tool is useless , EN never update the status so it is better to use https://downdetector.com/status/evernote/ at least they are not trying to hide the problem. And sorry but from what I have seen on Twitter and down detector there is major outage, no need to minimize the problem, my whole team is affected
  9. If someone can confirm this, it seems that if you are not a subscriber the gallery is not loading. I start the trial and then the gallery showed up. I am using the Mac App on the latest version. Thank you.
  10. Same here, cannot load any of them. That is the second breaking bug for me in 1 day of use.. a bit unfortunate !
