  1. I'd like to see an option to hide the green "new note" button in the sidebar. It seems redundant for users who use the keyboard shortcut to create a new note.
  2. Agreed. Honestly the lack of response from customer support over this change is appalling. What's the point of a "feedback" forum if no one from the development team responds?
  3. I'm also surprised at the lack of a response from the Evernote team concerning this issue. It seems many users are upset about the removal of this feature. What's the point of a feedback forum if there is no acknowledgement from the development team?
  4. I'd like an update on this as well. I tried to downgrade to 6.11 but kept getting an error saying the new database was incompatible with the older version. The list view for notebooks is so annoying. I really hope the grid view returns ASAP.
  5. Have to add another vote to bring back the old grid view. The new update adds so much friction to users with large stacks.
  6. The stacks feature is great for a simplified view, but what happens when there are 20+ notebooks within one stack? Before you could expand a stack and see all of the notebooks at a glance. Now you have to scroll down to see all of the notebooks within a single stack. It adds friction for those users with large stacks. At least before there was an option to turn off the list view for those users who preferred the grid layout.
  7. Another vote to bring the grid layout back. Having one long list of notebooks adds friction to my workflow.
