  1. Shift+Enter seems not to be working (recognized) on EN Android. It really messes up the note layout 😒
  2. I saw it in EN Web yesterday, and got the update in EN Windows today. Helpful in some cases, but doesn't solve the fundamental problem. But, I guess this is the only thing we are going to get for now. Apparently there is no intention (and probably never was) to fix this. So sad.
  3. Yes - kind of works, but doesn't. Business card scanning works - but Evernote then auto-formats phone numbers in strange ways, so they can't be used (and it's not possible to correct them manually afterwards). 😒
  4. Replacing an old failure with a new failure doesn't usually solve the problem.
  5. The collapse of Evernotes customer support is self-inflicted, maybe even planned on purpose (calculated deterioration). It shouldn't be a surprise that replacing an experienced support team with new people without knowledge of the product will require a lot of additional resources from the start. And on the top replacing an experienced development team with new people without knowledge of the product. And on the top of that, stopping all quality control before releasing new features and updates.
  6. I'm quite amazed how having lot of customers can be used as an excuse to have a bad support.
  7. My point and concern is information that can't be fully trusted. As there seems not to be quality control with the Evernote app itself, the same seems to be the case with the information from the company. Eg bugs tagged "fixed" in the Evernote bugfix tracker, without being fully fixed.
  8. I'm not concerned about privacy, but whether Evernote (Bending Spoons) takes customers' support requests seriously or not. Your inquiries are, for sure, not "received, acknowledged, and prioritized internally".
  9. It's a bit unclear who is doing the prioritization and how? Are support requests received, acknowledged, and prioritized internally or processed by a third-party AI vendor? 🤔
  10. Yes. Done that already before seeing those suggestions. Can't detect any clear pattern (Evernote active or not) - Windows just suddenly freeze for a couple of minutes, and then begin to work again. In a period (some weeks) where I didn't have Evernote installed on my computer, I never experienced it. When I installed Evernote again, freezing came back. It's not a bigger problem - compared to other more serious Evernote issues - as it only occurs occasionally, and the "fix" is to wait a couple of minutes. But it's of course quite annoying and worrying when it happens.
  11. I experience this too, from time to time. Not total/final freeze - but everything getting extremely slow for a while. It only happens when Evernote is installed on my computer, so it's clearly Evernote causing it.
