  1. You are correct, I forgot about that behavior. I fixed the post. Thanks!
  2. Cut and Paste in title for iOS not working correctly @Federico Simionato App Version: 10.56 (Uninstalled, Rebooted, Reinstalled) iOS Version: 17.0.3 Steps: Copied some text from a webpage in Safari Opened EN and created a new note Moved the cursor to title and selected paste The item pasted in the note section and not the title like it was supposed to
  3. I've got a ticket open for this "Ticket# 3741412 - Scratch Pad Sync". The current status is: "I wanted to let you know that it is an issue we are aware of, and our engineering team is working to get this addressed. Given the nature of this, it isn't something I can fix for you directly. Although I can't give you a specific time frame of when it will be fixed, please know that our dedicated team is diligently working on it."
  4. Whew! It's been awhile If I recall correctly it was no tables, the export/backup was not great and I didn't like to do the hashtag "tag" name. Outside of that it just seemed "stale" to me with the slow development. The community was not big and I just didn't feel it would catch on anywhere.
  5. Syncing was good at NoteJoy, it was multiple other things that did not work for me. Speed wise, try Amplenote. If you like their philosophy, it's pretty solid.
  6. I've looked at it in the past. Development is s-l-o-w. At the time it was only Sachin and his wife, not sure if that changed. I think there are much better options out there. I'm sticking with EN but I understand wanting to find an alternative.
  7. This was a great read, thank you @Federico Simionato Looking forward to the future!
  8. It's really situational. Does not have to be in detail or length. Something along the lines "hey, we know we have these issues, they are being worked on" and even regular updates saying "we are still working on it". When it goes dark, some people get antsy. When I fix something that impacts my clients I contact them (email, phone, etc) or have another team member do it. They feel much better knowing we are working on it and keeping them updated. While it's not an apples to apples comparison I still feel it applies in some fashion.
  9. This is probably the most disturbing thing I've seen. Even with all the new technical issues, this takes the cake. My clients would have booted me long ago if I had that thought process.
  10. I hope it's not! I just tested a work around. After you make your task changes, make a change in the note outside of the task. That will trigger a version. I add a line or a character and remove it. Not elegant but it works!
  11. Note that these are user forums, (EN support does not actively monitor the forums or respond) if you want an "official" answer, email EN support and they can assist you. Another avenue is @evernotehelps on twitter. Good luck!
  12. These days whole disk encryption has no noticeable impact on systems and there's really no reason to not use it. The fact that you are worried about personal, semi-sensitive data means that you should just whole disk encrypt. I have my linux, windows and mac all encrypted and backed up. If it gets nabbed then no worries!
